The Fashioned Museum
The Fashioned Museum is a cultural fashion platform documenting African fashion, textiles, and the stories behind how Africans dress. They needed a stronger digital presence that could grow their community, shape their voice, and turn their ideas into a wider storytelling platform. My goal was to help build a content system that made African fashion feel documented, engaging, and culturally alive.

Process
When I started, The Fashioned Museum had about 100 followers. Through consistent storytelling, content ideation, campaign direction, and social media strategy, the platform has grown toward 10,000 followers.
The work helped improve visibility, increase content sharing, strengthen the brand’s voice, and build a more engaged community around African fashion, textiles, cultural identity, and documentation.
Out Come
The Fashioned Museum grew from a small digital platform into a stronger cultural voice with a clearer brand direction and a more engaged audience.
What began as social media storytelling has supported larger brand initiatives, including IAF54 (African Fashion 54), Substack articles, Bridging the Gap, and the exhibition experience.
The work helped position The Fashioned Museum as more than a page posting fashion content. It became a growing archive and community for African fashion stories.
